Usage

One gel provides about 30 g of carbohydrate in a 2:1 maltodextrin-fructose ratio. Take 1-2 Liquid Gel for each hour of physical activity, up to a maximum of 8 per day. This product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Once the Liquid Gel has been opened, keep it in the refrigerator and use within 48 hours.
